Dingle – 13 Year Old Limited Release 2026 Madeira Cask Finish (51.3%)

This is a 13 year old triple-distilled single malt from Dingle in Ireland, released in 2026. It matured in bourbon casks and then spent 18 months in Madeira Malvasia casks under the direction of the distillery's head of maturation, Paddy Foley. The whisky is bottled at 51.3% ABV without chill-filtration, and its colour is a deep burgundy red with orange tones. Only 1,585 bottles were filled. The nose is of sun-dried fruit and fine honey sweetness. On the palate come sticky dates and dark chocolate, with oak spice, cloves and cinnamon, in an oily, full texture. The long finish brings nutmeg and sugar syrup, then ripe orchard fruit and a touch of toasted oak.
