Dingle 4th Single Pot Still Release is the fourth release of the small batch single pot still whiskey from Dingle Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46.5% ABV. It was matured in a combination of Bourbon and Oloroso casks.
Dark fruits and figs come first, followed by dark chocolate with roasted, chopped nuts. Spice, soft wood and leather notes then lead into a long finish.
The nose has nuts, florals, salt, honey, roasted coffee beans, spice and sherry. The palate offers dark chocolate, honey, tart white grape, Oloroso and milk chocolate. The finish brings perfume, Oloroso sherry, raisins and hazelnuts.
