Dingle 8 Year Old is an Irish single malt from the Dingle distillery, a small independent producer on the Dingle peninsula, founded in the winter of 2012. It was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2023 after eight years of maturation, and it is triple distilled.
This single cask bottling is the distillery's first to be finished in a cask that previously held Cognac, which adds a fruity freshness and spice. It is bottled at 59.5% ABV.
