This is an 8-year-old Irish single malt from a single cask, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2023 at 59.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is triple distilled at the Dingle distillery, which began production in the winter of 2012.
Master distiller Graham Coull selected the cask for this limited edition. It is the first Dingle to be finished in a cask that previously held Cognac, which adds fruitiness and spice.
