Dingle – Bealtaine Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey (52.5%)

Bealtaine is a triple distilled single pot still Irish whiskey from Dingle Distillery on the Dingle Peninsula in south-west Ireland. It belongs to the distillery's Wheel of the Year series, which follows the Celtic calendar, and it marks the festival of Bealtaine and the start of summer. Only 5,500 bottles were filled, at 52.5% ABV. The whiskey matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then had an extended finish in first-fill Shiraz wine casks. It is described as having dried fruit, nutty caramel and dark chocolate.
