A single malt Irish whiskey from Dingle, released as Cónocht an Earraigh in the Wheel of the Year series, which draws on Celtic heritage and the traditions of the Dingle peninsula. This edition marks the spring equinox, when day and night are of equal length.
It was matured in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. Bottled at 50.5%, it is limited to 3,000 bottles.
The aromas run to ripe red fruit, subtle spice, gingerbread, fruit tart and caramel toffee.
