Dingle Cónocht an Fómhair Single Malt – Wheel of the Year Series (70cl, 52.5%)

Cónocht an Fómhair is an Irish single malt from Dingle Distillery, the eighth bottling in its Wheel of the Year series. The series takes its inspiration from the Celtic heritage of the Dingle peninsula, and this release marks the autumn equinox festival. It is bottled at 52.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The golden whisky was matured in bourbon casks and finished in rum casks. The nose is fresh mint, rhubarb crumble dusted with brown sugar, candied apple and icing sugar. The palate brings tropical fruit, sweet raisins, honey, coconut and hazelnut, and the finish is spiced fruit with warm caramel.
