Dingle Cónocht an Fómhair Single Malt Whiskey Wheel of the Year (70cl, 50.5%)

Cónocht an Fómhair is the eighth edition of Dingle's Wheel of the Year series, which takes the autumn equinox as its theme. It is an Irish single malt, triple distilled, matured first in bourbon casks and then finished in rum casks. Bottled at a cask strength of 50.5%, it is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The nose combines fresh mint and toffee apple with rhubarb crumble, brown sugar and icing sugar. The palate shows tropical fruit, sweet raisin, honey, coconut and hazelnut. The finish is clean and straightforward, with spiced fruit and warm caramel.
