This is the fourth Single Pot Still release from Dingle Distillery, a triple distilled Irish whiskey bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is a small batch combining bourbon and Oloroso casks, non-chill-filtered, with an outturn of 8,000 bottles.
The nose is complex, with sherry, nuts, honey, herbs such as thyme and cardamom, earthy notes and fruit. The palate brings dark chocolate, coffee, honey, cherries and grapes. The finish is long and dry.
