Dingle Grianstad an Tsamhraidh is an Irish single pot still whiskey and the seventh release in the Wheel of the Year series. It is bottled at 52.5% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whiskey was matured first in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in rye casks.
The nose has freshly cut hay, lemon sorbet, creamy toffee and black pepper. On the palate come herbal tea, aniseed, roasted vanilla pods, honey, spicy Brazil nuts and lemon drop. The finish is long and spicy, with liquorice and pepper.
