A triple-distilled Irish single malt from Dingle, bottled at 50.5%. It is a limited release in the distillery's Wheel of the Year series, which follows the Celtic calendar. Lá le Bríde marks the Celtic festival of the start of spring and the arrival of lighter, warmer days.
The whisky matured first in bourbon casks, and Master Distiller Graham Coull then finished it in rye casks.
It is described as lively: honey meets raspberries and biscuits, and caramel meets ginger and a hint of mint.
