Dingle Lá le Bríde (70cl, 50.5%)

Lá le Bríde is a limited bottling from the Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, Ireland. It is a single malt named for the ancient Celtic festival that marks the start of spring and the arrival of lighter, warmer days. It is bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle. The colour is light gold. The nose is gentle and sweet, with honey, raspberries, biscuits, icing sugar and caramel sweets. The palate is rich in spice, herbs, caramel and ginger, with a touch of mint, and the finish carries toffee and spiced fruit.
