Dingle Lúnasa Triple Distilled (50.5%)

Lúnasa is a triple distilled Irish single malt from Dingle Distillery, on the Dingle peninsula in the south-west of Ireland. It is bottled at 50.5% and belongs to the distillery's Wheel of the Year series, which follows the Celtic calendar. The name comes from the festival that the god Lugh founded in memory of his foster mother Tailtiu. The whiskey matured in bourbon casks and was finished in bourbon barrels from Widow Jane of Brooklyn, New York. It is described as having red berries, salted caramel, ginger and spice.
