Dingle Single Malt Batch No. 6 is the sixth release in the Small Batch Series from the independent Dingle distillery in County Kerry. It is a triple distilled Irish single malt, matured entirely in port casks and bottled without chill filtration at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings red fruits, stewed cherries, raisins and toffee, with soft spices and a hint of cocoa bean. On the palate there are dark berries, chocolate, toasted oak and figs. The finish is long, warming and creamy, with blackcurrant, nuts and a little spice.
