Dingle Single Malt is an Irish single malt from The Dingle Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46.3% ABV.
On the nose it shows vanilla, dark chocolate and sherried nuts, with anise, clove and nutmeg, alongside home-made apple pie, toasted almonds and lime zest with hints of mint and marzipan.
The palate runs to caramel, vanilla and orange chocolate, with raisins, espresso, apricots and a little black pepper. The finish brings boiled rhubarb sweets and custard, toffee pudding, a touch of lime and nuts.
