An Irish single malt from Dingle, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is hand-crafted and matured in Bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is zesty, with lime and mint alongside vanilla and caramel. On the palate come caramelised apple, raspberry and rich fruit cake, followed by a lingering finish of honey and soft spice.
