Dingle Single Malt Triple Distilled is the flagship Irish single malt of the independent Dingle Distillery, and part of its core range. It is distilled in copper pot stills, three times, and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
It is bottled non-chill filtered at 46.3%, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is honey, ripe peach, fresh citrus, soft vanilla and a light floral note. The palate is full and round, with toffee, roasted almond, pear, cocoa and subtle spice, and the finish is long, with sweet malt, light oak and a velvety feel.
