Dingle – Single Pot Still Batch 5 (59.5%)

This is the fifth and final release in Dingle Distillery's small batch single pot still series. It is a triple distilled Irish whiskey, bottled at 59.5% ABV and matured entirely in bourbon casks, which gives a rich, soft whiskey. The nose brings dried raspberries and peppermint butter. White chocolate follows on the palate with a pinch of almond splinters, giving way to Dingle's familiar spice of soft wood and leather, which runs into a long finish.
