Dingle – Single Pot Still Release Batch 5 (46.5%)

Dingle Single Pot Still Release Batch 5 is a triple-distilled Irish single pot still whiskey at 46.5% ABV. It is the fifth release in the distillery's small-batch pot still series, and it closes that series. Pot still whiskey is made at a single distillery from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, distilled together in copper pot stills. This batch matured only in bourbon casks, and it is described as bringing coconut, salted caramel, almonds, white chocolate, marzipan and herbal notes.
