This is a single malt Irish whiskey from Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, triple distilled and matured in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46.5% ABV.
It is non-chill filtered and has no added colour, so the amber tone comes from the casks alone.
The nose is led by lime and mint over soft caramel and vanilla. The palate is dense, with caramelised apple, raspberries and rich fruit cake, and the long finish brings honey and gentle spice.
