Disznókő Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos 2017 is a Hungarian sweet wine from the Tokaj-Hegyalja estate of Disznókő, made from hand-selected grapes affected by noble rot. It comes in a 50cl bottle.
The blend is predominantly Furmint, with smaller amounts of Hárslevelű and Zéta. The Aszú berries are macerated into a base wine, fermented slowly and matured for an extended time in oak barrels.
The nose shows dried apricot, honeycomb, orange zest and quince. On the palate are candied citrus, peach, fig and quince, with toasted almond, marmalade and ginger spice against lively acidity. The finish is long, with citrus oil, honey and spice.
