A red wine from Anna Maria Abbona, produced exclusively from Dolcetto in the Langhe.
Ageing in stainless steel tanks preserves the original aromatic intensity, highlighting cherry and plum with a delicate bitter almond note on the finish. It shows a bright ruby red colour, with a direct and enveloping aroma; on the palate there is balance between softness and lively acidity, with soft tannins.
It pairs well with Piedmontese dishes such as pasta with sauce or white meats.
