Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008 Brut (75cl)

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008 is a Brut champagne from Moët et Chandon in Épernay. Dom Pérignon is made only in the best harvest years, using grapes from that single year. The 2008 is marked by riper fruit than expected, with a bracing acidity and aromatic purity that the house has built on with depth, density and complexity. The nose is complex and bright, with white flowers, citrus and fruit, lifted by aniseed and freshly chopped mint, and closing on spicy, woody and toasted notes. The palate is fine, pure, tonic and vigorous, with fruit, and finishes on a persistent, austere, smoky note.
