Scallywag Winter Edition 2024 is a Speyside blended malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing, the fifth annual release in its limited Winter Series. It is finished in Spanish orange wine casks and bottled at a natural cask strength of 53.9%, without added colouring or chill filtration. The carton is white with orange foil detailing.
The nose brings orange marmalade, ripe fruit and baking spices. On the palate are zesty orange, honey and caramelised sugar, and the finish is long, with cinnamon, citrus sweetness and vanilla cream.
