Douglas Laing's The Epicurean Glasgow Edition is a limited edition Lowland whisky, bottled at a cask strength of 56.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is fruit-forward in character, built around orchard fruits, honeyed sweetness, soft malt and berry preserves, with a little warming ginger. The nose offers fresh pear and green apple with brown sugar, marshmallow and sweet malt. On the palate, runny honey sits over toasted brioche, with soft fruit and increasingly prominent red apple. The finish is medium to long, with sweet malted barley, raspberry jam, buttered scone and ginger.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
