Douglas Laing Timorous Beastie 18 Year Old (70cl, 46.8%)

Timorous Beastie 18 Year Old is a Highlands blended malt from Douglas Laing's Remarkable Regional Malts series, in a 70cl bottle. The blend includes Dalmore, Glen Garioch and Glengoyne, among others. This is a small batch release, bottled in 2017 at 46.8% and limited to 7258 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colouring. The nose is soft spice, honey and barley. The palate brings more spice with lavender, honey, malted barley and toasted oak, and the finish adds more vanilla.
