A 10 year old Speyside single malt, bottled by Whisky Druid as Dragonjuice Batch 2 at 50.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is not coloured or chill-filtered. The whisky matured in PX sherry, ruby port and Moscatel casks.
The nose shows plump raisins, dark stewed fruit and bright redcurrants, with ripe grapes, milk chocolate, molasses and caramelised brown sugar. Fresh red berries come forward with time. The palate is soft and round, with caramelised sweetness, herbal spice, dark fruit, juicy blackberries and grapes, and a little acidity. The finish is medium in length, soft and warming, with fruity sweetness and a light herbal note.
