A Calvados from Drouin, produced in the Pays d'Auge appellation from selected cider apples. It is aged in oak barrels, developing an amber colour with aromas of ripe apples, light honey and a subtle minerality. The palate is creamy and enveloping, with dried fruit, vanilla and spicy notes. It is suited as a digestif after a meal, or paired with desserts based on dried fruit or aged cheeses.
