Drouin Poiré (75cl)

A French poiré from Drouin, produced in Normandy from carefully selected pears grown in a cool, humid climate. Natural fermentation and distillation preserve the typical notes of the pear varieties used. The result is a clear liquid with a delicate, harmonious aromatic profile, showing ripe pear notes, lightly honeyed, with an elegant almond and sweet spice finish. It works well as a refined aperitif or with fruit-based desserts.
