Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 10 Year Old (Limited Release) (70cl, 43%)

This 10 year old single pot still from The Shed Distillery marks a milestone for the distillery. It is made from Irish malted barley and Barra oats, and the oats add creaminess to the texture. The whisky spent ten years in Kentucky bourbon casks and Acacia casks, the latter adding a subtly floral sweetness. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This is a limited release of 3,000 bottles, each individually numbered.
