Drumshanbo Single Pot Still is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey made at The Shed Distillery from Irish malted barley, barley and Irish Barra oats. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The whiskey was matured in Kentucky bourbon and Oloroso casks.
The nose is rich and aromatic, with pot still spice, vanilla and nuts. On the palate come more pot still spice, figs, Oloroso sherry and toasted oak. The finish is creamy and lingering.
