Dubliner Bourbon Cask is an Irish whisky matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV. The nose offers vanilla, caramel and malted cereal with light woody touches. The palate is supple and balanced, with malt, honey and vanilla and a warm sweetness. The finish is sweet and lingering, with a slightly woody note and a hint of spice.
