Dunville's 1808 (40%)

Dunville's 1808 is an Irish blended whiskey bottled at 40%. The name looks back to 1808, the year the Dunville tradition began. The colour is golden with amber glints. The whiskey is triple distilled, which gives it a soft palate, and it can be taken neat, over ice or in classic cocktails such as an Irish Coffee. The nose offers fresh malt, ripe fruit, honey and a little vanilla. On the palate there is fresh apple and golden cereal with caramel and light spice, and the finish is soft, with vanilla and dried fruit.
