Dunville's PX 12 Year Old is an Irish single malt from the Belfast brand, in a 70cl bottle at 46%. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The nose offers raisins, figs, sweet sherry and light spice. On the palate come soft chocolate, stewed fruit, PX sherry, honey and oak. The finish is long and warming, with sweetness and wood in balance.
