Dunville's – Three Crowns Married Sherry Finish (2016) (70cl, 43.5%)

Dunville's Three Crowns Married Sherry Finish is a blended Irish whiskey from the Belfast distillery Dunville's, bottled at 43.5% in a 70cl bottle and sold in a tube. This edition takes its character from a finish in carefully selected sherry casks, which add depth, sweetness and warmth. On the nose there are raisins, honey, soft spices and light vanilla. The palate is creamy and fruity, with dried fruit, caramel and subtle wood. The finish is warm, slightly sweet and led by the sherry.
