Dunville's Three Crowns is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 43.5% ABV, finished in sherry casks. The Dunville's name dates back to 1808 in Belfast, and since 2012 the Echlinville Distillery has released it.
The nose is soft, floral, sweet and juicy, with orchard fruit alongside nutty caramel and nougat. The palate begins sweet, then turns fresh with lemon, orange, green apple, pepper and clove, with oak, tannin and dried Oloroso fruit. The finish is soft, with walnut, nougat, vanilla and dried fruit.
