DYC 12 Year Old is a Spanish single malt, sold in a 70cl bottle. It has been aged for 12 years and finished in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks.
The whisky matures at 1,036 metres above sea level in the Sierra de Guadarrama, where the climate is extreme. DYC describes the result as a balanced, elegant single malt that reflects its surroundings.
