DYC – Whisky (1.5L)

DYC is a Spanish whisky, here in a 1.5 litre bottle. It is a pale golden colour and light in appearance, distilled twice and aged for a minimum of three years in American oak, which gives a fruity, robust flavour. The nose is round and full, clean, with touches of fruit and toasted wood. On the palate it is balanced and robust, with peat and spice notes. The finish is smoky and peppery.
