This is a rye whisky from East London Liquor Co, made in East London from a mash of 55% malted rye and 45% malted barley.
It is matured in a combination of Hungarian oak, American oak, regenerated oak and ex-London brandy casks, and is bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle.
The tasting notes run from malted milk, granola and cashew on the nose to hot chocolate, natural yoghurt and pink wafer on the palate, with a finish of treehouse.
