A blended whisky from East London Liquor Company, bottled at 45.5% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It joins London rye whiskies with whiskies from Sonoma Distilling Co., the Californian distillery of Adam Spiegel.
The London rye was matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, as well as casks that had previously held peated whisky and gin.
The nose is described as honey, toffee, cognac cherries, almond butter, hay and clover. On the palate spice and fruit lead, with black pepper, dried apricot and candied cherries, and the finish is long with coffee and oats.
