Eden Mill Art of St Andrews 2023 is a lightly peated Scotch single malt bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks, then finished by Head Distiller Scott Ferguson's choice of ex-Grande Champagne cognac casks.
The label artwork for this release was created by Fife-based illustrator Jill Calder, inspired by the flora, fauna and coastline of St Andrews and the Eden Estuary.
The nose is warm and rich, with gentle peat smoke and candied grape and apricot. The palate is juicy yellow fruit and floral peat, and the finish is sweet fruit and earthy peat with dry oaky spice.
