Eden Mill Sherry Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky and the second expression in the distillery's flagship single malt range. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky has been finished in first-fill European oak casks that previously held Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry. The bottle shape takes its cue from the three peaks on the distillery roof, and the front is embossed with the line 'The Spirit of St. Andrews'.
The tasting notes describe rich fruit cake with hints of toffee, followed by a citrus finish.
