Eden Mill – The Guard Bridge Blended Malt Scotch (46%)

The Guard Bridge is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Eden Mill, bottled at 46% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The blend brings together aged single malts, including Eden Mill's own St Andrews single malt. It joins the sweet, grassy, floral character of the Lowlands with the spicier, fruitier flavours found in Highland whiskies. The name comes from the 15th-century six-arched bridge that linked St Andrews with its old trading port of Guardbridge. The flavour is creamy vanilla, barley sugar and cereal sweetness, then mellow oaky spice and light sherry fruit. The finish is sherried fruit with light, warm gingerbread.
