Eden Mill – Art of St. Andrews Collection 2022 Release Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46.5%)

This is a limited single malt from Eden Mill, the distillery on the University of St Andrews' Eden campus, released in 2022 as part of its St Andrews Collection. Only 3000 bottles were filled. The whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry, Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. It is bottled unfiltered and without added colour at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The artist Mairi Clark worked with the distillery on an oil painting of the St Andrews coast, which appears on the outer packaging and is meant to reflect the taste of the whisky.
