A cask-finished blended whisky from Eden Mill, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. This is Batch 2 of the Art of the Blend series, released in 2017 in a run of 1,450 bottles.
The blend was finished in virgin French oak octaves, first fill bourbon barrels and ex-Islay whisky barrels.
Eden Mill began as Eden Brewery, opened in 2012 by former Molson Coors sales director Paul Miller on the site of an old paper mill by the Seggie distillery. Its flavour is described as wood spice, fudge, butterscotch, cinnamon and smoked oak with honey.
