Eden Mill – Sherry Cask (70cl)

Eden Mill Sherry Cask is a Lowland single malt from the Eden Mill distillery near St Andrews, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The sherry wood adds dried fruit, baking spice and caramelised sweetness to the distillery's fruit-forward spirit, while a fresh orchard-fruit core remains. It is also described as having notes of sticky toffee pudding, Snickers bars and sweet spices.
