Eden Mill – Single Malt First Bottling (70cl, 47%)

This is the first single malt bottling from Eden Mill, in a 70cl bottle at 47%. It is the first whisky produced in St Andrews for over 150 years, and this is bottle 210 of 300. The whisky was matured in a combination of French virgin oak, US virgin oak and Pedro Ximenez casks. Eden Mill stands on the Eden Estuary, just outside St Andrews, on a site once owned by the Haig family. It became Scotland's first combined brewing and distilling complex in 2014.
