Author's Make is a single malt from Eden Whisky, in a 50cl bottle. It was distilled, matured and bottled at the Wellington Park Distillery, which sits on a small family farm at the foot of kunanyi in Tasmania.
The whisky was aged in a French oak cask that previously held Tasmanian Pinot, and the release is a small one.
It is bottled at a fairly high strength and is described as rich and complex, with a very good mouthfeel and easy sipping.
