This is a 10 year old Edradour single malt, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 at 48.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Edradour is a Highlands distillery east of Pitlochry, and Andrew Symington, founder of Signatory, has owned it since 2002. The whisky matured in Sauvignon casks. It is one of seven new single cask releases from Edradour's first collaboration with the St. Michael-Eppan winery of South Tyrol, whose cellar master Hans Terzer selects the wines for the winery's Sanct Valentin range.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
