This is an 11-year-old Edradour single malt from the Highlands, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023 from a single Sauvignon cask, number 1001. It is bottled at 48.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle and comes in a tube. The cask is part of a first collaboration between Edradour and the St. Michael-Eppan winery in South Tyrol, which produced seven new single casks. The wine comes from the winery's Sanct Valentin range, selected by cellar master Hans Terzer, who has about 40 years of experience.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
